There's a small number of workers that are decent, and they are stuck there for a very long time.
Cons
They rule with an iron fist. A very vertical hierarchy organization. A lot of drama and suspicions between co-workers, and a very hostile environment. I would never recommend anyone to work for this company, unless there's no other options. 19th century mindset and technology.
