      Pros

      nice equipment, nice supervisors, reasonable work and salary, learned something at the end of the intern, colleagues are nice too, they are all very helpful

      Cons

      as an engineering intern, it lacks the experiences that im looking for, this is probably the only con i can think of right now.

      Pros

      Upper management knows how to select outstanding individuals. Senior executives are approachable, well spoken, and level headed. The company focuses on training less experienced but ambitious individuals who would otherwise be overlooked by “more qualified” candidates. There is no micromanaging, and schedules are flexible.

      Cons

      The company is growing, and as a result, a better defined internal structure is required.
