Pros
Sanctuary was a great place to work for creatives looking for autonomy and respect. The people were amazing, the work was interesting (most of the time), and the company had more transparency than any company I've ever worked for.
Cons
The non-hierarchical org design meant roles and responsibilities weren't always clear early on.
