      Pros

      Fast growth and lots of responsibility. Friendly coworkers Direct supervisors are very knowledgeable and provide good mentor ship Projects are interesting.

      Cons

      Upper Management is not knowledge in field. Liquid planner is garbage. Over 10 people left within my short time cause of management. Profit sharing is garbage. Budgets are way too low. Lack of communication.
