      Pros

      Please don't get me wrong their are a lot of really good thing about Sandro Beautiful product/50/discount/some great and passionate sale staff a/staff uniform /good company values which really impressed me when started.

      Cons

      Poorly managed by senior UK management which is a shame such a beautiful product / a lot of managers/assistants within a year left or let go at the end of their probation period with very little excuse or warning no support stores run on a minimum of staff
