Pros
Our team was great and very friendly. The bonus was good but it was very difficult to achieve. It was so sad that in the last few months, the harmony and appreciation we had for the company were destroyed by head office.
Cons
The regional manager demonstrated extremely poor management, lacking both planning and direction when permanently closing our store. They offered no support or assistance and showed no consideration for me or my colleagues, who had dedicated many years to the company. Overall, the process was chaotic and unprofessional. Ridiculous target.
