Good cross-team communication and synergy across most of the core business units.
Cons
The HR department is severely lacking. Leadership is uncertified (no CHRP), and it shows there are no efforts put into Employee Relations, Culture, or Learning & Development. They function solely to process payroll and enforce basic compliance. Benefits are also at the absolute bare minimum, offering only 5 days of Service Incentive Leave (SIL). On the operations side, logistics leadership is highly ineffective. The department head struggles with basic mapping and coordination, and consistently prioritizes tasks based on personal bias rather than what makes logistical sense.
