      1) Incredibly talented team. 2) Lots of opportunity to work on interesting and valuable problems as an engineer. 3) As an intern you get to work on real stuff, no throw-away silo projects.

      Cons

      1) Must have a self-starter attitude. Basically, you can't survive without it. 2) Intern program doesn't have great organization.

      Extremely siloed and isolating working environment. Unpredictable management. Outdated tools. Leads are the only ones who get to make meaningful creative decisions.
