      Pros

      Was treated like gold by my managers during my entire 6 years with the company. We had an onsite gym and cafeteria. Great benefits and pay including a pension.

      Cons

      Some of the hiring practices and company messaging are a little outdated. Crowns can be slow to change

      Pros

      Great people, great benefit, flexible schedule. Work pressure is minimal. OT is non existent.

      Cons

      Job is not very challenging. I was in a union position so everything is based on seniority. I ended up with quitting the job and started my own company.
