      The company does offer some nice benefits.

      Cons

      I have never seen a company more run by an "in-crowd" in my life. If you are not one of "them," you are not safe. There is no loyalty to employees that are not part of that crowd. People are promoted undeservedly due to the friends they have partied with, err, made. Perspective employees, proceed with caution. You will not be judged based upon your work. It's about who is looking out for you. CEO does not hesitate to share his political leanings ALL OVER the place and if you don't agree, you can kiss the "in-crowd" goodbye.

      Gave space for growth. There's a gym onsite and they 401k match was competitive
