Seek if you are unemployed..I don't see any pros of working here as after joining you will find yourself at sea and no one to help.Its like finding yourself between a rock and a hard place.

No long term career path
Don't expect a stable tenure and making career here..the company is financially unstabel has cash flow difficulties.
Senior Management is sitting on fat Salaries and if you get paid this month be unsur if your salary will come on time.
Company is managed and controlled by 3-4 people at higher ranks, who draw salary in Lakhs and call all the shots...company has Autocratic management rather than participative
