Pros
Very good opportunity to learn new things for a fresher, and only ONLY with your personal interest. Its not a engineering service company. So output is dependent on no. of units gone out per day/week/ or month. So individual departments wont be responsible for the good or bad cause. And market fluctuations wont affect so badly to people who are working there.
Cons
There are many!. main thing is time given to do a work:( always pressures and very bad working hours. You really don't need in depth technical knowledge to sustain here. One must have very very good talking skills.
