Nothing that I can remeber

I had terrible experience there First they will extend your probation and tell you that your performance is not good enough, So you will not receive any benefits like Leaves, provident fund, insurance or petrol allowance. They deduct salary of days if you leave for more than one day in a month if you are on probation even if you have emergency or you are really sick The CEO will humiliate you in front of the whole office and will taunt you time to time The do a lot of micro management They exploit new comers They tell you to complete tasks in short time, but if you are unable to complete, you will have to sit for hours, even till next morning They will switch you on multiple projects and the Team leads are just clowns. They will just mind small things like childs and will complaint to management The salaries are low The location is far from market and the office hall is in a basement, you will feel like you are in dark the whole day There are more but i think these are enough
