Beautiful location, the Hamptons - gorgeous surroundings, seeing magnificent properties and opulent design, new buildings, new computers and equipment, Higher pay than surrounding areas.
Cons
Negative environment fostered by secrecy, gossip, lots of whispering and sideways glances, fickleness and unreliability of owners, untruthfulness, incompetent management, questionable marketing, favoritism. Hamptons snotty-ness. Rampant narcissism and sense of entitlement among agents, staff and management.
