Pros

This is a fantastic place to work if you are looking for a company with a strong, trending vision and clear direction. The office environment is smooth, welcoming, and supported by top-notch facilities like daily meals and reliable cab services. What truly stands out is the leadership. Management provides excellent guidance, and the CEO is actively supportive and dedicated to the company's long-term goals. In my one-year journey here, I have enjoyed working here and building good products. If you are skilled, focused, and good at what you do, you can build a very strong career here.

Cons

Nothing negative to report regarding the daily work environment

So happy to hear this! We feel the same way -- our team is made up of bright and driven individuals who have a passion for what they do. That's the combination that lets Emerge, Translate.com and our family of companies go after that designation.

Pros

The employees are incredibly hardworking, even though their efforts are ignored and unappreciated

Cons

- Sav grinds its employees into the ground, leaving everyone overworked, exhausted, and burned out - Morale is shattered, and few, if any, still find joy or pride in their jobs -Leadership shows zero appreciation for the dedication and effort of the team - Managers pile on insane demands and set unrealistic goals, fully aware of the stress and exhaustion already consuming the staff - Support and guidance are nonexistent, leaving employees abandoned to struggle under impossible workloads
