Astonishingly, SaviLinx does not have an annual review process for employees, at least at the corporate level, and does not offer any raises, cost of living increases, or bonuses. During my time at the company my responsibilities have grown considerably after teammates were laid off. Although I have taken on more work, no discussion of fair compensation commensurate with the additional responsibilities was ever held. SaviLinx recently got rid of sick time and when employee feelings of discontent were brought to the CEO she entirely rejected any conversations about how to try and make up for lost time off. At the same moment sick time was removed from employees the executives got an additional two weeks of PTO. This speaks to a general disregard for employees benefits and compensation throughout the upper executive levels. Issues with benefits are expected to be handled solo by employees and if you ask questions you get branded as "difficult." A company shows its true values when faced with challenges to them and SaviLinx has consistently failed to live up to its idea of itself.
