Perfect work-life balance, management is patient, understanding and very helpful as is the entire team that works here. You definitely get out what you put in as far as compensation goes; a self-starter and sense of work ownership and dedication I would say is a definite requirement for this position as the work itself is not particularly difficult in any way, maintaining due diligence is key to being successful in this position. Healthy, fun, vibrant culture and work environment where everyone works together as a team to help each other be successful in a growing company!
