Pros

Great PTO benefits, decent pay, and a flexible hybrid work schedule that helps support work-life balance

Cons

Unfortunately, the work environment was challenging and often stressful. Experienced employees were frequently expected to correct mistakes and clean up issues resulting from inadequate training of newly hired BPO staff, which added a significant burden to daily operations. Additionally, the office culture felt very cliquish and, at times, toxic. Favoritism, poor communication, and workplace politics made it difficult to foster a collaborative environment. As a result, many experienced employees felt discouraged from speaking up about concerns or suggesting improvements because they did not feel their feedback would be welcomed or addressed. Better training, stronger leadership, and a more inclusive workplace culture would greatly improve the employee experience

Hi there, I wanted to reach out and invite you to discuss this with me in more detail. We already have various internal feedback loops in place, but you can also message me directly, and we can find a time to talk further. Advancement and salary reviews are directly linked to the performance outcomes against your role. Hiring decisions are made months in advance, and we tie hiring needs to longer-term goals and volume. Those involved in the hiring planning are leaders and execs; our decision on who to hire comes from the leader, with input from their hiring squad. This is as transparent as it can be without involving the entire team. If you think there is room for improvement here, do share your ideas with me. We are unable to provide wider teammates with information on the performance of their peers for obvious confidentiality reasons. Please drop me a message, and we can chat further Clare
