-Extremely opaque answers in the interview process about the role, structure, management, pay trajectory, responsibilities, and expectations. Answers given did not match reality when the job started. -Like another review says, the role is that of an intake coordinator, not a project manager. -Little to no flexibility in scheduling, zero benefits- this was not communicated in the interview process. -Management in this role was very unclear, poor communications. -There is no real training process. -Zero room for advancement. -Extremely low pay.
