There are no pros. None.

Makes too many changes to important aspects of your employment, such as pay structure. Their so called "benefits" are unaffordable -- outrageously expensive. Offers "bonuses" that never get paid out, or if it does get paid, it's not the amount you were expecting, always less. Owner expects too much for too little pay. The company does not know what it is doing. The only reason why I gave one star is because I can't go any lower.
