      Growing Great benefits (3 weeks PTO to start!) Lunches and recognition for meeting company goals Great people Continuing to improve People have been hired from production into front office and even leadership roles as we grow. Great opportunities if you lean in and prove yourself.

      Long drive for most Continuing to improve but wish it would go faster

      I have experienced a very welcoming atmosphere, feeling supported and valued as a team member. The core values regarding Safety, Integrity, Quality, Urgency, Relationships, and Innovations are practiced here every day.

      I honestly have not found any cons to working at Schaffer Manufacturing.
