Many responsibilities/roles, good company culture, very good coworkers (at least during my time), great exposure to information related to the field, management is kind and aims to be accommodating

Sometimes poor work/life balance with OT, not uncommonly understaffed, management partly lacking in organization, limited PTO starting out. This is overall a challenging role with a lot of upsides (depending on position and what you're looking for). I found it ultimately very valuable.

Great crew that does everything they can to get the job done, great opportunities to learn and work with new gear. Floor manager goes above and beyond to keep employees working hard within his abilities on a daily basis

Terrible management/micro management within digital department. Expect to work beyond the responsibilities presented to you within a very short time frame whilst not getting compensated for. Terrible delegation of tasks and preparation. Inefficient with getting things done accordingly. Very high turnover rate too. Take on jobs too big to handle.
