Knowledgeable staff and great clients to work with. People are professional and the owner John Engstrom has a lot of experience in the industry.

Hard work but, satisfying. Depending on your job, there may be no set work schedule as client hours are different.

Many responsibilities/roles, good company culture, very good coworkers (at least during my time), great exposure to information related to the field, management is kind and aims to be accommodating

Sometimes poor work/life balance with OT, not uncommonly understaffed, management partly lacking in organization, limited PTO starting out. This is overall a challenging role with a lot of upsides (depending on position and what you're looking for). I found it ultimately very valuable.
