Pros
Great teams to work with and everyone puts in the effort! You could always reach out to someone if you had a question and get pointed in the right direction. Everyone took pride in what they contributed and accomplished - fast paced environment so it was never dull. The buildings they invest in as well as build are gorgeous! A lot of attention and detail go into making sure their buildings are cutting edge in design and amenities.
Cons
The darn pandemic - not anyone's fault but like many companies it impacted operations and meant a reduction in staff to weather the unprecedented times... I miss working with my team but only wish them much continued success.
Honestly, I can't think of any cons. The only thing I can say is if fast pace is not your style, then you may find the environment a bit harder to operate in.
