The company’s technology is cutting-edge, and if you’re passionate about computational chemistry or drug discovery, this is a place where you can work on problems that actually matter. There’s real alignment between the science and the software, and that synergy is rare. Compensation is competitive, especially if you factor in equity. Leadership is accessible compared to other companies of similar size, and you’re likely to get exposure to multiple aspects of the business if you take initiative.

It’s not a 9-to-5 place. Work-life balance can skew heavily toward work, especially in some departments. The culture is high-performance, which sometimes crosses into burnout territory. Some legacy systems and technical debt exist, especially in areas that haven’t been prioritized for modernization.
