Overtime is paid but also necessary, because you have to work A LOT. Nightshifts are normal and there is no chance to escape as long you are not an employee, who works there over years. High fluctuation because of above mentioned situation, just the best ones 'survive'. Overtime of higher positions are not paid, that means these people try to leave on time. Mostly it is not possible, and if , conflicts come up between paid and non-paid employees.
