      Pros

      Great Industry, unique challenges, and some of the people there make the work day fly by. It is a very unique MSP style job.

      Cons

      The management is driving the company into the ground, they encourage infighting and attempt to break apart any bonds formed. They will do their best to not pay you a rate you deserve, gives almost benefits, and will try and screw you over with a pay chart that pays you less when you work more hours.

      Pros

      Work is interesting. People that you worked with in the division made the day go by. Product was a good idea for niche market.

      Cons

      Low pay, unrealistic metrics (they call them statistics) that you will never meet, not enough staff to actually run the business in a profitable manner, no official training, no documentation on proprietary hardware/software. No possibility for advancement due to the size of the company.
