-there are a small handful of people who are willing to make a difference - BBQ lunches for long weekends
Cons
- A culture that is unwilling to change (this is the way we've always done it) - a medical device company that has no idea how to comply with the ever changing regulatory environment - computer systems that are archaic - tiered salary, upper management gets great salaries , car allowances , bonuses , Lower level staff do not get compensated appropriate - politics everywhere you go - no youth - no innovation
