Terrible Management and toxic work environment - Personal Assistant Science (UK) Employee Review

poor management lots of unpaid overtime (25 hours unpaid overtime in one week) the "boss" doesn't even look at staff staff are fired non-stop for no real reason poor organisation from higher-ups- everything is very last minute and it can (will) lose you your job if you can't magic up a solution overall toxic work culture made to do personal assistant stuff for managers (not boss) that takes hours out of each day contacted (hounded) outside of work hours and days very cliquey- one day you're likes the other you're not mass lay offs poor pay no progression job title changes but no pay rise
