Are you looking for a job that offers you any of the following?: - Work-life balance - Respect - Acknowledgement of the hard work you put in - Expected yearly raises when you achieve/overachieve in your role - Clear communication from leadership - An employee-first mentality - Opportunities for career growth If the answer is yes, it is best you look elsewhere. None of these should be expected when accepting a job at this company. P.S. This is not like a restaurant yelp review where one random person got sick from some shrimp and left a 1-star review. This is something that many people experienced and left because of. When a large chunk of folks leave a company that is relatively small, it's best to assume where there is smoke there is fire.
