      If you are looking for a company without salary hike and career growth and wanted to remain dump in your entire life time then scintel is best for you to join and no leave for 8 months after 8 months no EL OR CL please confirm before joining

      Cons

      No performance appraisal for past 3 years you can check with any employee in scintel. There is no employee recgonisation

      If you are really looking for getting a good start in your career and to have a good learning of latest technologies, this is a great place. Not only Scintel has good work environment but also wide list of clientele including retail and healthcare fortune companies. This opens up to scope for working in all the latest and great technologies
