      - Management will actively lie to you - They will expect you to sell something that doesn't actually work - Their outreach practices are unethical and I'm sure of the legality either - Underpaid and Overworked

      Pros

      Scispot is fast paced and demanding in a good way. Expectations are clear and people are held accountable. Everyone pulls their weight. Leadership is accessible and deeply involved in the product and customers.

      Cons

      The pace is not for everyone or if need heavy process. Priorities can shift quickly and you need to be comfortable with ambiguity this may feel intense.
