We understand the impact that organisational changes can have on our people. The decision to restructure was not taken lightly and was made to better serve the market and our customer base. We followed all necessary redundancy processes and worked hard to approach the situation with sensitivity and care. We are truly sorry that, in your case, you felt we fell short of this.
We are committed to fostering a positive workplace culture where our employees feel valued and supported. We conduct annual employee satisfaction surveys, which consistently achieve satisfaction scores above 80%, and have robust processes in place to gather ongoing feedback, such as through our employee forum. This input allows us to continually refine our policies and practices, ensuring we build on what works and improve where necessary.
