Pros

When bonuses are paid out they are great and can be a great incentive. The pay is good for a first job out of collage. CEO is a great person to speak with and is more than willing to help out. Most staff and management are fun and easy to talk with. Company events are great. Had paintball well I was there once. Certifications are paid for. Bonuses for completing on agreed time.

Cons

Management is not focused or on the same page. Often times you will get two opposing directives from different members of management. Huge amount of OT without additional pay. This is a salary company not hourly. Even though some clients pay up words of $120+/hr (Houston avg rate is about $100/Hr for IT services). Some times you may be required to work 60~70hrs a week for $200 bonus that "MIGHT" get paid. Insurance costs are high and a lot of that is past to the employee. No clear pay or position structure. Read the contract before you sign and seek legal assistance if any questions. Texas is a right to work state. (I am not a lawyer/attorney) Promotions are based on openings and they don't move often.

Pros

Great company with lots of freedom and ability to learn about the different fields in IT. Family oriented and very understanding with days off/emergencies.

Cons

No cons that I can think.

Pros

There are some good employees here to learn from.

Cons

The owner of the company is an absolutely horrible person. He is a flat out narcissist. He lies to his employees and his clients about everything. Literally don't believe a single thing that ever comes out of this guy's mouth. He never keeps any promise he makes. He does only what is in the best interest of himself time and time again.
