      The ability to learn and grow. You have access to different types of technology and software. They also have a 5% match on the 401k.

      You sometime have to work long days to keep the client networks running.

      Pros

      Great company with lots of freedom and ability to learn about the different fields in IT. Family oriented and very understanding with days off/emergencies.

      There are some good employees here to learn from.

      Cons

      The owner of the company is an absolutely horrible person. He is a flat out narcissist. He lies to his employees and his clients about everything. Literally don't believe a single thing that ever comes out of this guy's mouth. He never keeps any promise he makes. He does only what is in the best interest of himself time and time again.
