Pros
I had the fortune of working with the crew at Scooter for an LTE position. It was by far the best employment experience I've ever had. The general environment lacked a lot of the office politics one often sees. The hours were flexible, and management was understanding of personal needs, and pay was competitive.
Cons
The only con I can think of would be that I felt a little lacking in direction at the beginning. That was more due to the contrast of my previous employer's style with Scooters, than it is Scooter itself. Oh, and the fact it was LTE so there wasn't an opening for me to stay on full time ;)
