Behind the public image, the culture can feel very different. Staff are under a lot of pressure, and support for wellbeing is inconsistent. HR processes often seem more about protecting the organisation than supporting individuals. Complaints don’t always feel taken seriously, and raising concerns can feel risky rather than constructive.
