      Chill environment, no restrictions on in- person meetings, easy pace

      Cons

      No direction in tech departments, too slow progress, no benefits apart from pension scheme contribution and health insurance, no bonus or hike

      Pros

      Teammates are nice and fun the work with them. But the turnover rate is high.

      Cons

      Old stuff technology and the main aim for the in-house team to keep the systems up and running. New and exciting things are done by outsourcing companies. I gained zero personal and technical development during my time there. My experience only related to developers.
