Pros
Colleagues are amazing, working from home full time, Flexi in palce is good.
Cons
No post completion team. File load changes are reactive rather than proactive so too many files at once. Expectations can be too high. Work life balance can be hard to find with the demands. Training is not up to standard for people new to the sector.
