Pros
Salary and benefits were high compared to a lot of EA positions, I learned a lot about myself and how capable I was; the other assistants and interns were cool and everyone supported each other to get through the work day
Cons
Toxic; verbal abuse; it was incredible how inefficient that office was run; the high turnover and lack of training, I'm boggled as to how anyone ever learned how to do the job; no work-life balance; you worked from 6am-8pm and more; on the weekends, I still checked my email/texts every 15 minutes to ensure I didn't miss anything; so much anxiety.... don't work for him.
