Pros
- The culture of the company is very good and the foundation of it is around cooperation and knowledge share - Respect of your ideas and your feedback is valuable and well considered - Transparency in the budget, new investors aspect and where we are heading towards - Startup air where you have the opportunity to grow in many areas (technically, business etc.) - Hybrid model where you can work in the your house some days and some others you can join the office
Cons
- Because it has the start up air, there is not really an administration/financial department takes a bit time and back and fourths but it's not really a huge con
