      Pros

      Amazing team of dedicated people who are very supportive. Everyone is so helpful and encouraging and the teamwork is the strongest I've ever seen.

      Cons

      Onboarding and processes could be more structured. You find yourself painting the plane in the air sometimes, but much of that is due to the nature of agencies in general. If anything isn't clear or defined, someone is always more than happy to.
