      Great experience on working on a great project. Great people to work with.

      Zero communication about future projects/work. Also very little feedback about how you're getting on in current role.

      Pros

      Dress code is casual, central location, small amount of free parking. A highly skilled motivated hardworking finance team.

      Cons

      The MD hasn't a clue how to manage, lead or control. There is little or no scope for career development/ progression or personal growth. There is a lack of alignment across departments and the communication between various departments and senior management is shocking
