Everything. LOW pay. Non compete clause. This company purely exploits its scribes. They justify the ghastly hourly pay with the "priceless" knowledge you gain working with the doctors. My question is, why can't we make a decent pay and work alongside brilliant people? They then bully you with a non compete clause, but I would not pay attention to it. I recommend sorting rocks before working for this garbage company.
