Pros
It is a great idea that the company is working on. The company is very small so it can be fun working with people in your team. Most days working hours are very normal.. late nights only on rare ocassion.
Cons
Senior management can't decide the work flow. Pay is average compared to other companies. And absolutely no benefits. No company provided transport or break room... so work can get pretty boring. Some people in senior management are very smart and nice, most others not so much.
