      Pros

      ScriptDrop has an impactful mission taken on by a talented and hardworking team. There is far more collaboration, external expertise, and vision for the future than in previous years. The benefits are pretty stellar too. PPO, untracked vacation, and hybrid work.

      Cons

      The company has seem contraction over the last year, so the team is much smaller than it used to be. And while I wouldn't say I was overworked to the point of burnout, there is a lot of work (good work) to be done and not a lot of people.

      Pros

      The team is very transparent and really cares about one another, the company, customers and patients. The work is fun and impactful, because we literally help patients everyday.

      Cons

      The team is on a tight budget, like many other companies right now, so that can be difficult to navigate but it's actually made us closer as a team, more creative and very resilient :)
