Pros

Decent pay and benefits. WFH

Cons

During my time at Scrut Automation, I found the work environment to be stressful due to a lack of clear direction from leadership. There was frequent disagreement on the best approach to grow the business, which created confusion and inconsistency. Despite attending trade shows and other outreach efforts, we struggled to generate genuine customer interest in the product. The sales quotas were unrealistic given the market response, adding additional pressure to an already tense atmosphere. If you're considering a role here, be prepared for a fast-paced and demanding culture with high expectations and limited support.

Thanks for the insight. North America expansion is now backed by clearer strategy, realistic goals, and regional support, so teams know the direction, expectations, and resources to succeed.

18-hour days are unsustainable, we agree. We’re reviewing workloads, improving team processes, and reinforcing work-life balance so productivity doesn’t come at the cost of wellbeing.
