Management is very supportive, good benefits, hours are good. You dont feel like you are just a peon to the management, family feel to the company

Since company has been merged with Navacord things have changed, bonus structure, more push for sales. Could improve on the training program for new hires and increase sick days

Direct management was great and colleagues were nice.

Upper management culture is poor and focuses on who you're friends with.
