Pros

- The opportunity is unreal... with as quickly as the company is growing and scaling, it is majority promote from within - I have never seen another company invest more in the sales stack for their sales team. - Ability to work fully remote - Direct impact on the business from both revenue perspective, decisions on processes, and scaling - I started as an SDR, continued to take on new responsibility and was promoted a total of 4 times in 1 year to take advantage of openings and responsibility - Phenomenal product. Great leadership in Brandon and Mike Hopkins. - World class Customer Success and Dev Team **Genuine desire from the CEO, leadership and the team to maximize each other's potential. This part cannot, and will not be beaten. There is a continued view point of "What can I do to help you maximize sales today? What can I do to positively impact you? What can we do to positively impact 1 billion people?"**

Cons

- Because I work 100% remote I do not get to see my coworkers as much as I'd like. HOWEVER, Brandon continuously plans company outings and gatherings to foster company relationships and culture. - Nothing else. My position is a pipedream for most. I help sales reps literally crush their quota every single day. Sales is hard. Seamless.AI makes it, well... seamless

Pros

- can be a fun work environment with good peers that are other sdrs - learned how to talk on phone

Cons

- stresssful work environment - fires all of their sdrs or lays them off - terrible higher management above the SDR managers - terrible data and expects sdrs to figure it out - gives no help above upper management - ceo and upper management post “don’t lay off employees that don’t produce, the churn and burn doesn’t work” yet THEY CHURN AND BURN. They don’t even know what’s going on in their own company. - constant stress about getting fired the next month - a lot of threats about getting fired
