Pros

- You can make a ton of money - Fully remote - Really smart and fun coworkers - The tech is really really good

Cons

- Senior leadership is comprised over the top personalities that think they're "sales gurus" when in reality they absolutely hurt the brand more than they help - Your entire pipeline is built by totally unqualified SDRs booking total trash on your calendar that 8/10 won't even show up. There is absolutely no qualification - literally anyone with a pulse is booked. - AEs cant DQ meetings even if they are text book disqualified - Questionable ethics - I've seen extremely iffy deals closed... EXTREMELY IFFY - Absolutely no GTM strategy... the only metric that matters is meetings booked/held. - Complete and total meat grinder of a culture. The top performing AEs have either been there since the absolute beginning or are willing to start taking meetings at 7:30 am and until well after 10:30p. - Call your prospect 10x/day tell them that they'll lose everything if they don't sign... - 1 AE/mo min gets fired - Actively moving down market with regards to bookings - enterprise orgs want absolutely nothing to do with us. - Force close/super hard close everything. There is no such thing as a sales cycle. - Absolutely can't keep CS professionals - in fairness the CS team is world class but the burnout and turnover is crazy.

Pros

- can be a fun work environment with good peers that are other sdrs - learned how to talk on phone

Cons

- stresssful work environment - fires all of their sdrs or lays them off - terrible higher management above the SDR managers - terrible data and expects sdrs to figure it out - gives no help above upper management - ceo and upper management post “don’t lay off employees that don’t produce, the churn and burn doesn’t work” yet THEY CHURN AND BURN. They don’t even know what’s going on in their own company. - constant stress about getting fired the next month - a lot of threats about getting fired
